FAQ

  • What is an anthology? An anthology is a collaboration event between artists and writers. Authors propose a story idea and artists are paired up with one that they express interest in to illustrate. The stories and illustrations will be collected and printed into a book for ease of reading and viewing.

  • Will there be merch? The SFW portion of the anthology will be physically bound and printed in book form, while the NSFW portion will be collected into a PDF. Both of these will be available for purchase, separate or together. Minimal physical merchandise, such as bookmarks, may also be available.

  • Will this be for profit? Both the SFW physical and the NSFW digital anthology will be available for purchase to the public. The money made will first cover the costs of production and shipping, while any profit will be donated to a charity of the project’s choosing.

  • Is there a theme for the event? Ad Astra will focus on ScaraMona (Scaramouche/Mona) from Genshin Impact. There is no theme for the event, so writers and artists are encouraged to exercise their creativity in showing their love for the ship.

  • Are there any age restrictions? Contributors must be 13 years of age or older at time of application to participate in the general anthology. To participate in the NSFW version, contributors must be 18 years of age or older at time of application.
